COURAGEOUS WORRIER Campaign
My name is Samantha Baxter, I am 46-years old and blessed to be a mother three beautiful children (27,22 &10) and married for almost 18-years.
I am a Godfearing woman and try my best to live a righteous life.
On the 27 June, I was diagnosed with stage 2, Triple Negative breast cancer. I do not have any history of cancer in my family, so this was a total shock to me.
I have completed my chemotherapy in November 2023 and now due for surgery and radiation.
I did not realize what the medical cost for my upcoming surgery would be, which is due December 2023. But after seeing the surgeon and plastic surgeon, I realized that the amount needed on the shortfall of the surgery was quite substantial and did not have. I was then advised by another cancer survivor to opt for the Back-Buddy campaign.
I intended to do this on my own but after the outpouring of support I have received from close friends and family, I have realized that there is strength in numbers and that I cannot do this on my own and BIG enough to ask for help. I am in need of donations to cover the shortfall and humbly ask if you can donate any amount that is placed in your heart.
