Mission Kona Campaign
God has placed the dream in both our hearts, since we can remember, to travel the world.God is calling this dream from our imagination into reality, and in a series of events it has become clear that He is calling us to Hawai'i - the furthermost point from where we are now (South Africa).
We are going to join YWAM, a missions organization set on spreading the gospel, reaching the lost, and ending bible poverty.
There are two types of people involved in mission-work: the senders and the goers.
These two groups are united in one mission: spreading the gospel and seeing God's Kingdom come.
The only difference between these two groups are the resources God has gifted them: goers have time, zeal and gifts for the mission field, whereas the senders bring financial and logistic resources to the altar
The funds will go towards the following: Application fee, flights, visas, DTS (discipleship training school) tuition, and pocket money, which amounts to a total of $27,000 (R515,000).
God has called us to GO.
