Tired of struggling Campaign
We are a family of 6 trying to cope with unfortunate circumstances and the COVID pandemic.
Like many people, the world over the pandemic cost them their jobs and livelihood.
The oldest 52 years of age with Severe ADHD lost his job after 32 years at a woodwork factory due to the pandemic and then the factory burned down just before the pandemic ended. Never married and had no children.
The third oldest of 50 years moved back home 15 years ago not married has no children and works for a small commission at a life insurance company.
The second youngest of 49 years suffering from Asperger Syndrome can't keep a job because of poor social skills and lack of nonverbal communication.
The youngest of 45 years also had to move back home after the company he worked for closed down 10 years ago. Unfortunately, he developed carpal tunnel syndrome in his hands and sciatic nerve damage in the left leg because of repetition and work standing. He's a self-made artist doing odd jobs where he can get it but is struggling to make a name for himself, working in a makeshift tent workshop in the backyard.
We are living in a country district where work opportunities are limited.
Compounding our difficulties, none of us in the household can afford medical aid, leaving us in a situation where there seems to be no discernible hope or relief on the horizon. The income generated, coupled with a modest pensions, is primarily allocated towards essential utilities such as water and electricity, leaving little room for the provision of decent and nutritious meals.
I understand the gravity of the times we live in, and any assistance you can provide, no matter how modest, would be immensely appreciated.
