National Lifesaving Championships Campaign

Dear friends and family,

I am reaching out with a heartfelt request for financial support for, Marizelle Vermaak, who has qualified to compete in the upcoming National Lifesaving Championships from 21-28 March 2024, held in Durban.

As many of you may know, I have been involved in Marizelle's life since her birth, and I am immensely proud of her dedication and passion for lifesaving. At just 11 years old, she has demonstrated remarkable skill and commitment in this vital discipline, earning her place among the top contenders in our region. Her participation in the national championships presents a unique opportunity for her to showcase her talent on a national stage and further her development as a young athlete.

However, as much as I wish to support her dreams, the financial burden of participation presents a significant challenge to me and her family. The costs, of approximately R 15000.00, associated with travel, accommodation, registration fees, and equipment are beyond my means at this time. That's why I am reaching out to you, hoping that you might consider extending a helping hand to support Marizelle on her journey.

Your possible financial contribution or sponsorship would not only provide crucial financial assistance but also serve as a source of motivation and encouragement for Marizelle. It would demonstrate to her the power of community support and the belief that with hard work and dedication, anything is possible.
