Hello this is my son Sergio and he is 5 years old, Sergio has been having heart problems since birth and because i am unemployed and live in a squater camp i cannot afford to pay for a new heart, Good people i beg of you. 4 years ago his father passed away because of cancer and Sergio is all that i have in this world, Please i dont want my boy to Go, i dont see a life without him, he is my light, the reason that i wake up in the morning, without him i am nothing, please save my son
