Abnormalities nails Campaign

Please assist l have a medical condition my 20 nails have abnormality(toes and fingers)affected,itchy,painful, swells at time especially summer time ,very brittle.I attended tertiary hospitals they tried help me but there can't find what exactly is the cause and its getting worse every day,At night l can every sleep cause its paining, Condition started in 2009, l thought its just cracks on my nails it will heal fast but the condition got worse. Lastly, they are not growing at all. Please your help will make a difference cause l will go to private hospital maybe they may help me.
