They lacked medical aid initially and struggled with state hospital treatments. Financial strain forced them to obtain medical aid, and the family, not mobile, faces transportation challenges for treatments. Despite the wife's experience in accounts and procurement, finding a job has been difficult. With no income during the Christmas season, they urgently need assistance for school supplies, rent, medical aid, and food. Any funds raised will go directly to the family's bank accounts.
