Outstanding fees 65032 Campaign
My name is Nare Charity Malete. I am a first-year Master of Arts Student at the University of Limpopo. I have no funding for my study. I graduated in 2021 with a BA (Translation and Linguistics) and a BA Honours Translation and Linguistics in 2022.
I come from a Disadvantaged background, as my mother and father are unemployed. I tried applying for an NRF bursary while doing my Honours with no luck but (Rejection). For my Master's, I also tried applying for funding but had no luck getting acceptance for funding. As a result, I owe the institution an amount I don't know how I will settle as I'm unemployed, and so are my parents. I tried applying for jobs and internships every chance but got "We regret to inform you."
With that said, I'm trying to save up the little I receive from the Sassa Stress Relief Fund(R350) to reduce my debt at the institution to get my Honours certification, although it's not enough. I am creating this profile because I need financial assistance to settle my outstanding fees at the University of Limpopo to receive my Honours certification and enroll again next year(2024) to complete the 2nd year of my master's.
