CROATIA DANCE WORLD CHAMPIONSHIPS Campaign

Hi! I am Lillou de Kock. 

I have been dancing since I was 4 and have never stopped since. 

Most people describe me as a very shy and quiet person when they first meet me.

But once they’ve seen me on stage they definitely disagree. As a girl it’s hard to find confidence during our teenage years but I have always found that dancing has made me feel like I’m the strongest and most beautiful version of myself. 

It has taken me from so many dark places and has always been my escape plan from any of life’s trials. 

I dance at JUST DANCE ACADEMY in my small town Hermanus. 

I’ve been to a few studios before but let me tell you that I have grown and gotten so many opportunities as a dancer because of Nadine Venter and Madicyn Venter (owners of the studio). 

This is one of the many opportunities they’ve given me…… I have been invited to dance at the World Championships in Croatia in May this year with not much time to raise money. 

In May 2024 we are taking off to show Croatia what we have to offer here in Hermanus and it would help to get extra funds as this has been my dream ever since I was 4 years old.
