Double jaw surgery Campaign

Hello,

I am a young man from the UK suffering from an underdeveloped jaw and mouth palate, causing immense pain and hindering my daily life. Doctors recommend surgery, but I can't afford it, and the NHS won't cover it. Any help, no matter how small, could provide a much-needed lifeline and offer me a chance at a better quality of life. Your support or even sharing my plea would mean the world.
