Start up capital or assets Campaign

I'm looking for assitance to start up a courier business. I have an opportunity to sub contract for the fastest growing courier company in South Africa. There is an opportunity to supply them with 1 bakkie and driver (1 route) or to supply them with 2 bakkies and 2 drivers (2 routes). Both the routes run out of Vredendal. 

I unfortunately do not have the funds or the means to supply them with 1 bakkie, let alone 2.

I am looking for someone who can assist me with this.
