money stolen by company to repair Campaign

After buying a house to stay in we needed to replace roof we paid  75% of the money  upfront  as the  company  to do the repairs  but they have take our money  and ran away after removing   the houses roof the house doesn't have a roof  at the moment  and we really need to do something so we can have a place to stay any help  will be greatly appreciated to help to have a new reputable business come and replace  the roof so that the guy can move in to the house as his  only sauce of income  is a state grant  as he is 90% blind
