Litigation Justice by Nature Campaign

I am an advocate intent on the conservation and protection of the coastal zone adjacent to Rooiklippies Nature Reserve in the Northern Cape through litigation. On registration - a complete and exhaustive detailed presentation will be edited anew. Legislation in South Africa is clear and unambiguous in so far as the prohibition of unauthorized occupation by individuals and groups of Coastal Public Property. It is illegal to fence off and charge fees from members of the public in order to gain access to the coastal zone for purposes of camping , sightseeing or any other activity that is deemed legal and appropriate.
