Help Avile Campaign

Hi everyone,

We hope this message finds you well.

We are reaching out to you on behalf of Avile Molose, a courageous individual currently battling Cerebral Palsy and facing critical health conditions. Our mission is to secure the funds necessary for Avile's medical treatment and care.

In a distressing turn of events, Avile's family, after winning a significant settlement from a medical negligence claim, has yet to receive the awarded amount due to the negligence of their lawyer, Mr. Nonxuba.

Currently under investigation, Mr. Nonxuba failed to transfer the funds to Avile's family, leaving them in a dire situation.

To date, Andraos & Hatchett Inc, in collaboration with Advocate Mohammed Desai, has generously contributed R58,162.60 towards Avile's medical costs and care. Despite these efforts, there remains an outstanding amount of R36,554.00.

In our pursuit of justice, we are actively involved in pro bono legal proceedings. We are awaiting judgment on an urgent sequestration application against Mr. Nonxuba and his wife, Alicia. Additionally, we have initiated a liquidation and application against the legal practice council to secure an interim payment from the funds under their control. These legal actions are scheduled to be argued on 30 January 2024.

We are turning to you, our compassionate community, to assist Avile in covering the remaining amount. We assure you of complete transparency in fund utilization, and we are prepared to provide donors with relevant supporting documentation and invoices from the medical clinic, Ubumi Bam.
