The person relies on their mother, the beneficiary, who covers medical bills through her exhausted medical aid. With the raised funds, the new hardware will enable the individual to regain independence in bathing, eating, and walking, currently requiring 24-hour assistance. The appeal seeks financial assistance for the deep brain neurostimulator hardware.
