We're so thrilled that after so much work,effort and sweating that have been putted through to unlock resources and seeking sponsorship to further continue with our Youth led Activities of which we haven't gotten .
Allow us to call for support: Youth Walk For Change Campaign.
We present a call "Youth Walk For Change Campaign" a campaign to all young people in South Africa, important movement and initiative aimed at escalating the struggle of youth healthcare services resources and integrating existing and new youth-led programs in RSA.
A team of passionate young individuals and youth-led organizations in understanding what challenges are we faced with as youth healthcare issues and challenges accessing Sexual Representative Services, Optimal TB, HIV Treatment, Prevention Methods, Diagnostic Tools and other youth free services in our public healthcare.
The purpose of this campaign is to challenge, influence, integrate, request resources, funding from relevant stakeholders and the departments to address critical issues faced by the youth in our community.
During this campaign, we aim to raise awareness and address concerns related to Optimal HIV, TB, SRHR, Youth Unemployment, Substance Abuse, Gender-Based Violence , Mental Illness, and other challenges affecting young people in our community and also teach youth about available youth services in our public healthcare.
We anticipate the participation of approximately 100 plus young individuals who are personally affected by these issues.
The "Youth Walk For Change Campaign " intention are to peacefully demonstrate our grievances and frustrations as young people and present our demands to the relevant stakeholders and the National Department of Health.
All our demand are based collected evidence through facility and community monitoring. We've collected individual testimonials and attended youth summits.
In order to make this campaign successful and impactful, we are calling for support & donations.
Our campaign focuses on the following demands:
1.Sponsorship for our Youth Advocacy Treatment Optimization National Workshop.
2.Training and employment opportunities for young people affected by HIV and other health challenges in all youth-friendly clinics.
3.Allocation of resources to support ongoing programs, activities, activations, camps, capacity building workshops, advocacy efforts, summits, and awareness campaigns.
4.Establishment of a healthy and transparent working relationship between stakeholders and youth organizations.
5.Adoption and monitoring of clinics, hospitals, schools, colleges, universities and community at large to ensure the provision of youth-friendly services.
We believe that by addressing these demands, we can create positive change and empower the youth in our country.
