Journey to Justice and Education Campaign

Hello, my name is Eliphus David Brander, and I am a dedicated crime investigator from Tlhabane, Rustenburg, in the North West Province of South Africa. 

I have always dreamed of becoming a lawyer and helping people who are wrongfully accused or mistreated by the law. 

I have always dreamt of furthering my studies in the field of law, and despite these hardships, I have not given up on my dream. I believe that studying law will give me a chance to rebuild my life and pursue my passion, but I have chosen to channel my experiences into a force for change. 

I have embarked on a journey to further my education in law and have completed my first year of study towards the LLB degree. I am also writing my first book, titled 'Democratic Injustice', soon to be published, a step towards ensuring that no one else has to face the injustice I have experienced.

However, the financial strain of this quest is enormous. I took on debts to fund my first year of tuition for the LLB programme, which I completed, and I'm fighting to keep up with the payments while also providing for my children, as I was blessed with three children.

I want to use my knowledge and skills to fight for justice and human rights. Thus, I am reaching out for your support at this challenging time. 

Your generous donation will go directly towards my tuition fees, books, and other academic expenses. With your help, I can continue my studies, graduate, and use my education to fight for justice.

That is why I am asking for your help to fund my LLB degree program at the Regenesys School of Law. I have been accepted into the program, completed my first year in 2023, and am now enrolled for the second year, but I need R245 000.00 to cover the tuition fees, books, and the next three years.

Here is a breakdown of how the funds will be used:

• Tuition fees: R75,000 per year x 3 years = R 225 000.00
• Books and materials: R5,000 per year 3 years = R20,000
• Total: R245,000

I have managed to cover the first year’s R 75 000 from the loans I took out, my job, and I have also applied for some bursaries that have not yet been awarded.  Therefore, I need your generous support to make up the difference and make my dream come true.
