Little Lia fighting Cystic Fibrosis Campaign

Cystic Fibrosis is a life-shortening genetic condition that slowly damages the lungs and digestive system. 

There is currently no cure for cystic fibrosis.

Lia was diagnosed with CF in 2020 after spending her first few years of life in & out of hospitals in South Africa. Her amazing parents eventually ran out of options and decided to immigrate to Panama in the States to get the best possible care for Little Lia.

Lia spent 27 days in hospital over Nov and Dec 2023. She was again rushed to hospital just after new years and was admitted to ICU.

Lia is currently fighting for her life. She has also picked up a blood infection and had to be incubated and put on a ventilator as her lungs were too weak. Sadly the machine is currently breathing for Lia 100% as she is not able to breath on her own.

The Dr's a busy testing her mutation as they believe that they may have a steroid that could strengthen her lungs. Panama only has 2 of the 3 ingredients available.

The bills are piling up while we remain on our knees praying for healing of Little Lia. We are raising funds to assist Rudi and Lisa with the medical bills so that they can focus on their two beautiful daughters and support each other in the fight to save Little Lia and to take the pressure of the financial burden off them.

Please help Lia fight a little longer and please help take the additional burden of the accumulating medical bills from her parents. All funds will be used to assist Rudi and Lisa with all medical bills.
