IADR registration funding Campaign

Hi!
I am Chi-En Arnold Chen. I am currently a community service dentist. In my final year last year, my research partner and I participated in an undergraduate research presentation competition at the University of Western Cape (UWC) research day and the IADR South Africa division 52nd scientific meeting 2023. Our research topic was on: The knowledge, attitudes and perception of UWC dentistry students towards sexual harassment in the dental environment, a topic that was largely understudied. We were honoured to win the presentation.

The University of Western Cape is sending the winners of the competition to the IADR global general session held in New Orleans to present our research there. However, due to budget constraints, only 1 person was able to be sponsored by the University. Hence, we set this page to crowdfund in hope that both my research partner and I will be able to present our research together at the IADR general session.

The funds required are:
IADR registration: $440 (R8500). The plane ticket and visa was covered between my partner and I.
