Walk a mile in our shoes Campaign

 

I've always been the one helping others, never knew I am going to be the one to ask for help one day...this is an embarrassing moment for me to even ask for help as I am a proud person.

 

Lockdown hit everyone hard, I've been trying to swim through the deep waters since then but today I realised that I am going deeper and deeper down even though I'm pulling through with the grace of God. I must say if it wasn't for Him I would have probably given up on life.

 

My daughter is 15 and since lockdown I could never have given her a real bday or presents or a Christmas. But luckily my daughter understands and I need to add, she's also the reason why I'm still here, I love her so much!

 

Because of circumstances we had to leave our home in the East Rand and I had to take all 6 my Boston terriers with (my ex and his new partner  couldn't keep 3). I could and would never give my babies away, I'd rather suffer and eat bread then give my babies away!

 

We now relocated to KZN as I wanted to get away from the past and start a new life here but I never thought it would have cost so much to start my life all over...

 

Moving truck cost me R20 000 (invoice can be provided for your record) to also mention to you that we have experiences damage on our furniture, broken glassware, portraits etc. This was ok cause it's material things and it can be replaced eventually.

 

The deposit we had to put down for the new property and all utility deposits and extra fees cost over R23 000. Before I found athis place we live in we got scammed where we paid a deposit and the people just disappeared. 

 

I had to look for a house which is costing me double the amount as a townhouse would have cost because I have 6x Boston terriers. People have told me why don't you let go of your dogs cause it's because of them that you are battling...I simply say, do you let your kids go when you are battling? Monthly I need to pay almost a R1000 just on food for my dogs but I eat bread or soya mince just so my daughter and my fur babies can be with me.

 

Bare in mind, I worked as a real estate agent and unfortunately no basic income only commission and the market was very quiet. So I am still looking for work but took a chance to come down to the South Coast and do some live entertainment & karaoke here just untill I find a full time job. 

 

I need some help to just get me out of debt and let me start my life over again on a clean slay. I know that there's people out there that needs the help probably more than I do but I'm so so tired of the debt. 

 

I need to urgently have my fur babies fixed, chipped and vacanated in our new area where we moved to. This is an enormous amount as it's going to cost me more or less R2750 per dog (R2000 for fixing my babies each) (R250 to chip them each) (R550 to have them vacanated each) Quote can be provided!
