I am raising money for a couples starter home Taking a chance on crowdfunding and hoping people can assist in making a young couple's first home a memorable event. They are in need of the once off costs of purchasing a home with the plan on making it a income for them.
The funds raised will be used for bond costs and lawyer fees, transfer costs and commission of the agency.
This home being purchased will be fixed up and hopefully in the nearer future, when it is ready, be leased out at low rate for those that cannot afford proper housing.
