Need help desperately Campaign

My name is Alexander Erasmus and I am asking help as I have made alot of dept to cover my 1 year old sons medical bills. My wife lost her job and is still looking for work and for only me to cover everything at the moment is a bit unrealistic and hard. I am even willing to shave of my beard of 4 years and donate it to cancer and make a video of my 2 kids reaction of seeing me without a beard for the first time.
