Good day I'm a mother just want the best for her children.
Zurika Joubert is a 16 year old full of life teenager that has dreams she wants to put to reality she has 3 cysts that needs to be removed and I don't have financial monies to take her to the gynecologist so that they can tell us what to do next she is constantly in pain and can't do sport that she would like to do all I'm asking is to give this 16 year old beautiful girl a chance in life if you guys could open your hearts so that we can help her live her dream
