Help us keep Zip Zap’s doors open

On 1 December 2020, let’s mobilise South Africa’s generosity by contributing to Zip Zap’s #GivingTuesdaySA campaign to give our students hope for 2021 and to ensure we keep Zip Zap’s doors open for all the children of our Rainbow Nation in the future.

#GivingTuesday is a global day of giving, now active in over 60 countries, fuelled by the power of social media & collaboration. This day is celebrated worldwide on the Tuesday following #BlackFriday and #CyberMonday, all of which are retail campaigns that encourage worldwide consumerism.

#GivingTuesday offers an alternative to rampant spending on ‘material stuff.’

Instead it focuses our attention on what really matters – our youth, our neighbours, and our families. It makes us realise that it only takes one day and one donation to make a world of difference.

Please donate today to help us raise R150,000.00 to kick start 2021 and bring our 2000 beneficiaries back to their place of belonging to experience the JOY of circus once again. Our mission has always been to inspire and empower young people from all walks of life to pursue their destinies. We promote social cohesion, create opportunities, unlock potential and transfer skills for life. As a vibrant, uniquely South African social and professional circus, we are looking forward to, once again, celebrating the Zip Zap spirit with our beneficiaries in 2021.

Zip Zap Circus Trust

The Zip Zap Circus School is an NPO, established in Cape Town, South Africa in 1992. Zip Zap provides a space for children from various socio-economic and racial backgrounds to come together as a means of encouraging inter-racial contact and dialogue in a safe, fun environment.
