You are not alone is a Backabuddy campaign run by Bianca Benade in aid of the South African Depression and Anxiety Group (www.sadag.org), the largest mental health organisation in the country which actively assists those struggling with depression, bipolar, trauma, panic and anxiety, substance abuse and suicidal thoughts.
 
 
I decided to do Tri4Ryan as part of this campaign, a family friend who wanted to help others that suffered too. I am a part of this compaign for others suffering, those who know of someone suffering and those who feel that they are alone, when they are not.
