Please help this beautiful lady and mother and helper - who has lost teeth and desperately needs major dental work and surgery / crowns so she can eat again! She has not eaten for three days and all she does is look after other so I am here to help her and give back. Her other issue isnBruxism and the other surgery costs are way over 200k private and the government waiting list is 5 years. She has a beautiful son to look after and her mental health is being affected by this - not being able to eat. Please help me to help her and all those she looks after as a neighbourhood watch member and more.

She has helped me in the past few days more than you know!
