"The 2012 Comrades will be my 10th Comrades Marathon and I hope to make it a record breaking one. Last year I ran my fastest time of 6 hours 49 minutes to win a Silver Medal. This year I hope to win a Wally Hayward Medal by completing the run within 6 hours.I have decided to run this year's Marathon for charity and have chosen the important cause of conservation.

Eden to Addo Corridor Initiative

THE DREAM: The Eden to Addo vision is based on the practical potential within the landscape connecting the Western and Eastern Cape of South Africa. But this vision is guided by a deeper question and dream: What if we could re-establish ancient elephant migration paths across the Cape, what then? What other wildlife will benefit and how would that restore the ecological balance of the region?
