400 KM for the Cows

The aim is to raise lots of funds for CHOC, ride two loops of the 94.7 kilometer course (approximately 200kms) and do it all in style.

The Apocalypse Cows will be wearing feathered-wings and bolted-leather suits for 2013. The theme is “Cow Angels” reminding everyone that the Apocalypse Cows act as guardian angels for each other and the main herd. The Apocalypse Cows do one fast lap of the course in under 3 hours and then assist the ice cream bicycles and weaker riders on their second loop, reiterating The Cows ethos that no-one gets left behind.

Warwick will then recover for 5 days and head down to Cape Town for the Double Century, a 200km one day race in Swellendam.

Thats 400km (plus a few warm up laps) for a really excellent cause. Give R5. R50. R1000 - anything is welcome - it all 100% goes to this cause.
