Back Me & Help Save Kidneys!
Running is my passion and kidneys have become a focus in my life, not out of choice but due to illness. So what better way than to run the Two Oceans Half Marathon this year and & at the same time support the Cape Kidney Association.
This year my Two Oceans Run is dedicated to my Dad who is a Kidney Dialysis patient as well as to our dear friend, Gerald Steenkamp who we sadly lost to Kidney Cancer recently.
This one is for you boys!
No amount is too small or too big, so thank you in advance to all that will back me and support this very worthy cause.

The Cape Kidney Association was founded in 1978 by a group of Nephrology Doctors and Nurses who saw the need to assist the Indigent kidney patients. Patients travel from afar as there are no dialysis units close by. We serve majority patients in the Renal Unit at Groote Schuur and Tygerberg Hospitals. Most of the patients are unemployed and some of them receive disability grants.
