Personal message
The Otter African Trail Run has been dubbed ‘The Holy Grail’ of trail running and is listed as one of South Africa’s toughest trail runs. The Otter is a 42 km trail run set in the breathtaking Tsitsikamma National Park traversing the full 5-day hiking route of the Otter Trail. In 2012 it will be run in reverse and has been renamed the Retto.
Tony will be taking on the challenge of running this race in under 8 hours to raise funds for Sabrina Love Foundation, who care for almost 100% of all Plettenberg Bays children with special needs. Tony is aiming to raise enough money to cover the costs of looking after three families and their special needs children. The costs for the year for each family is R18 000 and has thus set a target of R54 000.
Your contribution to this project will help change a child’s world.

Sabrina was born with a rare bone disorder and after 7 short years, following intensive support from professionals, family and friends, she passed away. Currently, there are over 60 children receiving daily support from the program, including a day-care centre housing an additional 27 children providing expert professional care, daily meals, parental support and a teacher training course.
