Dear Friends and Supporters,

On the tragic day of February 24, 2024, a devastating fire engulfed the home of my cousin Thinus and his wife Letitia in Gauteng, Roodepoort, destroying everything they owned.

As a family member, witnessing their loss hits close to home. It's heart-wrenching to see their hard-earned possessions reduced to ashes.

I'm reaching out to you for support in helping them rebuild their lives. The funds we raise will be used to replace the essentials lost in the fire, providing Thinus, Letitia, and their son Giovanni (10) with the necessities they need to start anew.

Currently, they are staying with neighbours temporarily while we work on finding them a more permanent housing solution.

I've attached photos showing the devastation caused by the fire.
