Personal message
On 1 January 2013, 3 crazy like minded friends will be embarking upon a 14 day adventure through India. This involves us driving a 145 cc, 2 stroke, single cylinder, forced air cooled Auto Rickshaw over a distance of 3500km from Jaisalmer to Cochin! Call us crazy - will we survive is anyone's guess.
The Rickshaw Run is run by The Adventurists which in turn is run by The League of Adventurists International Ltd, a UK based company not just hell bent on fighting to make the world less boring but also raising massive buckets of cash for charities.
With no Rickshaw riding credentials, and even less mechanical ability, and worse still, very little luggage, we hope to have a ton of fun with the 160 odd other individuals from around the World looking for Adventure and do some good and make a difference to the crazy world we live in.
In addition to the Paige Project, we will be supporting the Frank Water project which is an international organisation doing good work in India.

The Paige Project is a charity organisation who’s main objectives are to raise funds to benefit disadvantaged children with physical and mental disabilities (primarily caused by cerebral palsy), by supplying their family, care facilities or social workers with equipment or training courses to assist in the child’s development.
