Welcome to "That Year" – an inspiring initiative from collaboration between the Living Word Hibiscus Church and local businesses. As a non-profit organization, our sole focus is to extend a helping hand to unemployed single mothers, offering them a safe haven and a genuine opportunity to regain their footing in life. 

Our name, "That Year", holds a heartfelt significance. It stands for "To Have A Testimonial ", encapsulating our unwavering commitment to bringing about meaningful change in the lives of unemployed single mothers and their dependent children. 

By providing them with resources and support, we embark on a shared mission to make "That Year" a time of profound positive change, leading to powerful testimonials of strength, progress, and lasting impact.

Just as we receive grace daily, we are responsible for applying the same grace to others. At That Year, we understand a mother's power and unconditional love. 

With your support, we aim to assist mothers in providing a haven and helping them obtain the necessary provisions and skills to support their young children. Together, we can make a difference in the lives of these mothers and their precious children.

Funds will be used: 

1. Food and Shelter: R10 000 for 6 Children and 2

  adults per month.

2. Crèche for 3 babies: R6300 per month

3. Remedial therapy for one Child: R1200 per

  Month

4. Transport for 4 Children: R1500 per month.

5. Assisted Employment for two adults R10 000

  per month.

6. Clothing for 6 Children: R1000 per month.

7. Medical treatment for 6 children: R2000 per

  month.

8 Saving for That Year House R10 000 per month.
