Personal message

My goal is to raise R100 000 for the work of the Sandton-Marlboro SPCA.  We receive no government funding and rely entirely on the generosity of the public and our own fundraising initiatives.  It is my privilege to be part of this expedition and to support this organisation.

Sandton SPCA

Charity Default Logo
The Sandton SPCA prevents cruelty, alleviates the suffering of animals and promotes kindness as set out in the Five Freedoms.
  1. Freedom from hunger and thirst
  2. Freedom from pain, injury and disease
  3. Freedom from distress
  4. Freedom from discomfort
  5. Freedom to express behaviours that promote well-being
Animal abuse and neglect is something that can only be countered through education, pet care training and youth enrichment at a grass roots level.  Our Inspectorate and Education team work tirelessly to promote positive attitudes such as compassion, empathy and respect for all life through education and outreach programmes.
