In March 2023 my mother, Stephné,got diagnosed with breast cancer (Stage 2-3), we had a long battle with chemo and doctors appointments throughout 2023. On the 17th of January 2024 ,she is having a double mastectomy (Harlequin procedure). She will be having radiation for 6 weeks after the operation.
As we all know the medical aid only covers certain parts of everything , not all doctors bills and hospital bills . We need to raise funds to help cover the doctors/hospital bills and medicine that the medical aid will not cover . The funds will be used to pay off everything we can't afford out of pocket.
My mom is staying positive but bills are piling up , anything can help.
