Personal message
The Cape Town Cycle Tour will take place on the 12th of March 2023
This will be my Third Cape Town Cycle Tour, and I am privileged to ride for a needy child. Children are important, and we need to provide our children with as much support as possible.
My little buddy's name is Dumiso. Dumiso came to Home of Hope when he was six years old because he spent the first six years of his life on the street. Adjusting to Home life was challenging in the beginning.
When Dumiso started at Home of Hope, he couldn't speak, wasn't used to getting food regularly and couldn't imagine that people would protect him. Now with the support and love from his Home of Hope family, he almost speaks in full sentences, can see food being prepared without needing to eat it and sleeps through the night.
Without Home of Hope, Dumiso would not be progressing in leaps and bounds, and my goal is to raise R12 000.00 towards the Care and needs of Dumiso for him to keep growing and flourishing.
The Rohloff Group has donated the offline donation of R7,633

The organisation also caters for the special educational needs of children suffering from FAS (Foetal Alcohol Syndrome) and neurological challenges, in our Amathemba Learning Centre. There are currently 37 children at our Amathemba Learning Centre.
