Personal message
Today and every day we celebrate the survivors, we honour the fighters and we remember the taken... First of all I would like to thank everyone who has supported me over the last year by making a contribution to this incredible cause, I really appreciate it!
Having been exposed to cancer from the age of 10 due to my mother being diagnosed with Leukemia. It is with a sad and heavy heart that that I share the fact that she lost this battle. She was my inspiration in taking on this challenge and always motivated me to do more for others than I would do for myself. She left an amazing legacy and I will strive for the rest of my life to do justice to that.
I was fortunate enough to run the two oceans half marathon and climb Kilimanjaro in 2017 on behalf of the Rainbows and Smiles Foundation and it was one of the greatest experiences of my life.
Kids with cancer are the most inspirational beings, as nothing gets them down. They still see the beautiful things in life, and only want to laugh and be happy... You will never hear them complain, since they somehow still find things to be thankful for and things to laugh about... I am running for every person and child who would like to, but are not able to run... People and kids with dreams, which had to place them on hold, to fight this disease...
I am pledging to you to assist me in raising the funds to provide treatment for kids who should be allowed to just be a kid!

In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
