In December this year, I will be participating in the Ultra Trail Cape Town 65km race and am raising funds for the UTCT Trail & Environmental Fund which focuses on developing and growing trail running in disadvantaged communities as well as contributing to the Table Mountain National Park's Honorary Rangers Conservation programme.
Together we can grow the sport and look after our beautiful trails.
