My name is Sivenathi Msauli. I am a 24 year old who is born and raised in the Eastern Cape, East London. I am currently pursuing a diploma in Paralegal Studies at the University of Johannesburg. I am in my final and looking into pursuing a LLB degree upon the completion of my diploma. I am a very hard working and dedicated individual who prides herself in her work and her ability to overcome adversities that I am faced with in life. I am raised by a single mother of three and unfortunately my mother has been unemployed for a period of 2 years. In this time I have been supporting myself financially as I have been working since 2021 as an Admin Assistant and recently worked as a Debt collector. My contract recently came to an end and that has left me being unemployed and unable to support myself financially. I am an individual who does not shy away from hard work and doing what is necessary to achieve my goals. I have a passion for acquiring knowledge and making sure it is put to good use, to not only help myself but be a tool into helping others also. Being afforded the opportunity to complete my studies is something that is very important to me as it would play a pivotal role in ensuring that I have a chance in pursuing my LLB degree and feed my passion of being a voice for the voiceless and an inspiration to many that it does not matter where you are from, your age or circumstances but you can still achieve your dreams and play an important role in making changes that are important for the current and near future. I hope and pray that you do find it in your heart to invest in me and plant a seed of hope not only in me but others who are facing such adversities also.
