Personal message

I am Siphosethu April, a young lady who’s aged 19 and a 2022 matriculant coming from a small town called Uitenhage all the way in the Eastern Cape. I was born and breed in Uitenhage, l was single-handedly raised by my grandmother who ensured that l got a good education. 

I am fund raising for myself and it will go towards my Tertiary Education, l have been accepted at the IIE Rosebank College and l will studying towards my 1st year in Bachelor of Education in Intermediate Phase teaching. The reason behind me raising funds is simply because my grandmother has stated that she won’t be able to afford my tuition fees and everything needed due to her pensioning last year. Reaching this target from the funding  l will receive will mean the world to me. 

This means l will get to study the career choice of my dreams, going to school will give me higher chances of beating the stats of unemployment. I will be able to help myself and my family with the financial security I’ll receive from studying and getting employment.

financial breakdown :

The R80,000 will go first and foremost towards to my registration fee, tuition fees, study materials and affordable student accommodation (the College is in a different city so living in a student accommodation that’s close by will offer me convenience).
