Sinovuyo is one of those people you meet in life who has had all the odds stacked up against him but continues to make good choices for his life and never gives up. He lives his life with discipline, focus and tenacity. He always gives his best and is passionate about running and raising up the next generation of trail runners in South Africa.

My name is Lindi and I am Sinovuyo’s team manager at LIV2Run and I have know him for 5 years.

This Christmas the odds are stacked against him once again and he may be losing his home. This home is where he lives with his wife and daughter and currently renting. However, the owner now wants to sell and he is under threat to lose the home. Anyone who stays in a community in South Africa can imagine how stressful this is for him and his family.

In order to prevent this he needs to be able to buy the property to keep his home. For this he needs R80 000. He is able to get R40 000 loan from his bank but has no means to raise the remainder. He has no parents and no one else with this large sum of money.

He has to find the money and find it quickly as someone else is also interested in the house and has the full amount. His only option is the bank and they will only give him a loan for half the amount.

As his community I reach out and ask that you consider investing financially into his life. You will be investing seed into good soil. It will enable him and his family to keep their home and to build a life together.
