Greetings I’m 26 year old unemployed lady originally from Eastern but based in Gauteng. I had huge breasts all my life, I've been suffering a lot with shoulder pain, back pains, I'm always feeling heavy and tired, i can't breath properly, even the bras are just bruising my skin and i can't sit or stand for too long because my big breasts are causing all these health issues, they are heavy and pulling me down for a long time. Pain killers are not helping at all. I've done my research and i know having big breasts are the reasons for my chronic pains and other health issues I've just mentioned. If i don't do this i won't have a normal life as I'll always be sick even worse i might get spinal cord damage, please help
