Today, I reach out to you with a heart full of hope and a spirit that refuses to be dampened, despite the challenges that lie ahead. 

My name is Sicelo Malinga, 28 years old, and I was diagnosed with a rare disease: A giant cell tumour in 2020 that has not only tested my physical resilience but has also presented my family and me with unforeseen financial challenges due to the high cost of treatments and care without the safety net of medical aid.  

Many of you know me as a passionate individual, always ready to chase the next opportunity and overcome obstacles with a positive outlook. My journey in the marketing industry has been one of dedication, learning, and the joy of contributing to meaningful projects. However, this new battle requires me to reach out for support beyond my professional sphere, to you - my community. My doctors have told me that I’m now terminally ill, and my body is no longer responding to treatment.

Your contribution, no matter how small, will help cover Medical bills such as: Admission and Treatment costs in Private care facility, Surgical Procedures, Pathology, Air converter for Oxygen (I am oxygen dependent), Ongoing care, and the necessary adjustments to my living conditions to accommodate my health needs.
