Personal message
The beneficiaries of the ShelterMe project are homless women and children, women and children from disadvantaged backgrounds and women and children who have experienced abuse and trauma.
The importance of raising funds for the ShelterMe project is to provide these women and children with a place of safety, providing good and shelter as well as introducing them to programs which will enable them to overcome the challenges they have so far faced. Further to develop their skills allowing them to become independent as well as support themselves financially.
The impact of raising these funds will be to reduce the number of homeless women and children, empowering them to create a better future for themselves.
The funds raised will be used to secure food and shelter, develop programs to assist these individuals.
