Please help Seth

Update on Seth 27/02/2024:

He was diagnosed with Crohn's disease and still needs help with traveling expenses every time he goes to the doctor. Additionally, he has to follow a special diet and take medication, which his mommy needs to supply herself. A short version of the diagnosis is attached.

Treatment consists of anti-inflammatory medications. Crohn's disease cannot be cured. Medications such as steroids and immunosuppressants are used to slow the progression of the disease. If these aren't effective, a patient may require surgery. Additionally, patients with Crohn's disease may need to receive regular screening for colorectal cancer due to increased risk.

Seth was diagnosed with anaemia that's causing bleeding in his stomach, affecting his health at this stage. Seth cannot attend school regularly as his blood count needs to be monitored daily. Seth needs to eat special foods so that bleeding doesn't increase.

After treatment, blood transfusion, and an appointment at Albert Ntuli Hospital, doctors have decided to do scopes to assist with the problem and start treatment urgently.

I ask if anybody can assist in helping my son Seth as I don't have the funds for traveling up and down, providing accommodation when needed, and covering the expenses for Seth's needs while he is traveling and in the hospital.
