Personal message
September is International Childhood cancer awareness month. Each day, this coming September, we will be running 5km to honour children who were diagnosed with cancer and have survived. Everyday we will receive a child's name and a story about their cancer journey to motivate us for the day.
Each day, we will post a picture on social media with the incredible child's name written on our hands, so please follow us as we acknowledge the cancer survivors.

In addition, Rainbows and Smiles encourage childhood cancer awareness to educate in the hope of promoting early detection.
