In the last year I have taught 22 yoga classes at a rehab, which has been an eye opening and heart warming experience for me. Sharing yoga at this rehab inspired me to enrol in a Recovery Assistants Course, so that I can better understand my clients' process.

I would like to partake in this 20hour Trauma Informed Facilitator Training because I feel that it will add to my knowledge of trauma and enable me to better communicate with the people whom I share yoga.

Because of my current financial constraints, I'm unable to pay for this course and I felt called to reach out to anyone who may feel drawn and able to financailly assist me in partaking in this course. I assure you, even the smallest amount will be greatly appreaciated.
