I’m proud to be riding my first ever Momentum 94.7 Cycle Challenge for the Smile Foundation. Our team has been training hard over the past few weeks and as a non-cyclists, the prospect is nothing short of daunting. However one thing I know for sure is that I’m doing for all the right reasons - The Smile Foundation. Soon enough the team will be prepared to get the most out of it and make some sort of a tangible difference. For this to actually happen I need your support and backing in the form of donations, no matter the amount, to substantially impact the lives of those in need.
One of the most satisfactory feelings for a human is to be able to smile. It's something I set out to do as often as often as possible. The sad reality is that due to different circumstances, not everyone gets a chance to fully experience that feeling, so if my cycling for a few hours and being vocal about the foundation will somehow aid in helping at least one youngster's smile for the first time then I'm more than happy to put my support behind it.
The more I raise, the more Smiles we are able to create :D And that’s why this matters.
