Heartbreak and tragedy have struck Turkey and Syria as a devastating 7.8 magnitude earthquake took the lives of thousands and left many more injured. Our teams at Gift of the Givers were on the ground, rapidly evacuating children from our Bayt Kareem Child Care Centre in Gaziantep, Turkey, and ready to respond to the overwhelming need for medical care in Darkoush, Syria.

But the casualties continue to rise, and with freezing cold, rain, and snow hindering rescue efforts, we need your help. The Turkish and Syrian governments have called for international assistance, and our team is ready to respond.

Join us in giving the gift of hope and help to those in need. We've launched a crowdfunding campaign on BackaBuddy to purchase medical supplies, equipment, food, tents, and more. Our goal is to expand our volunteer medical and rescue teams and provide essential aid to those affected by this catastrophic disaster.
