Please help me help my dad. I am caring for my elderly parents. On the 5th of December 2023, my dad (82) suffered a fall, resulting in a broken Femur and a fractured L1 disk. Although he was admitted to the hospital, he couldn't undergo surgery due to his diabetes. Now, he's been discharged with instructions to keep him calm and comfortable, allowing nature to take its course. However, he is in agony, battling gangrene and bedsores.
Caring for him has become an immense challenge. We lack both the knowledge and the funds to adequately attend to his needs. Keeping him comfortable and maintaining cleanliness has become especially challenging due to the intense pain he is experiencing.
We earnestly ask for any donation towards his care. Our aim is to engage a palliative nurse to assist in alleviating his suffering. Your contribution, no matter the amount, would be greatly appreciated. Kindly share this request to help us in this difficult time.
